What if my card is refused?
Cards are not refused by Heathrow airport taxi but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment being declined.
Can I have a receipt?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation of your payment on your mail box from World pay after you make the payment. This will display your unique transaction number and full detail of Payment
I’ve paid the wrong amount – can I have a refund?
If you have overpaid your account please telephone our Customer Service on 020 3582 6113 or mail to email@example.com
You have the right to cancel your booking within seven days of your payment and booking the transfer service,you can cancel by email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 02035826113, once you canceled you will get full payment refunded to your card,
